By accessing and using 2ndHand.lk, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Provide a valid NIC and WhatsApp number for verification.

3. Listings & Products

• Only list items you own or have the right to sell.
• Descriptions must be accurate. Misrepresentation of items is prohibited.
• All listings are subject to admin approval before going live.
• Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and hazardous materials.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, safe handling of transactions, and prompt communication with buyers. 2ndHand.lk acts as a platform only and is not party to any transaction.

5. Subscription Plans

Pro (Rs. 350/mo) and Premium (Rs. 999/mo) plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: spam, scam, harass other users, attempt to circumvent platform fees, create multiple accounts, or post false information.

7. Disclaimer

2ndHand.lk provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, item quality, or financial losses.
